Dr. NKAMANY Kabamba, Medical Doctor, Researcher, Writer, Former International Civil Servant (United Nations) and Member of CICIBA (International Center for Bantu Civilization in Africa, Libreville - Gabon) is a native of the Songye People from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa.
During his middle age, he had the opportunity to teach at the university level, as well as instructing future nurses. These valuable experiences proved to be beneficial in his work with USAID in Kinshasa; in planning a joint World Health Organization (WHO) United Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Nutritional Project in Niger; and ultimately in his status as World Health Organization (WHO) Representative (Ambassador) in sub-Saharan Africa.
Currently in his later age, he’s an independent researcher specializing in development projects & Writer. He has worked in adverse settings allowing him to be patient with a multitude of people around the globe. Learning different cultures and different languages (French, English, Portuguese, Spanish, Swahili, etc.) has given him the ability to work with and consider different perspectives.
In addition to the mentioned above currently Dr. Kabamba volunteers in the Child Health Survival Project including HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. He is Author of numerous books and articles in the field of Health, Nutrition, Ethnicity, Diversity, Aesthetics, Art, Music, and he continues to write articles and books on Education in Democracy because he thinks greatly of Empowerment through Education.
He is currently The President of The Congolese-American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. and his last book showing the inter-connectedness between Ancient Egypt [Napata] and sub-Saharan Africa is under ISBN: 1-59427-007-4

Nkamany Kabamba est Docteur en Médecine, Chirurgie et Accouchement. Il est aussi Spécialiste en Santé Publique, Nutrition, Maladies Tropicales et également en Résolution de Conflits, Développement & Gestion des projets, etc.
Il a pris sa retraite en temps que Représentant Résident de l’Organisation Mondiale de la Santé [OMS], depuis décembre 1999 et réside aujourd'hui à Miami, Florida, USA.
Sa passion pour soigner l’a amené à poursuivre sa carrière en médecine, ceci a joué un rôle constant dans son travail en tant que fonctionnaire national au Congo-Zaïre et fonctionnaire international par la suite. En tant que médecin, il a appris comment alléger la souffrance avec des ressources limitées.
Ses diverses activités : Il a eu l'occasion d’enseigner dans les Universités et d'instruire de futures infirmières à la Croix Rouge de Kinshasa. Ces expériences sont avérées productives dans son travail avec divers partenaires de terrain tant en Afrique que dans le monde entier et surtout à l’Agence Américaine au Développement [USAID] à Kinshasa lors de la création du Centre National de Planification de Nutrition [CEPLANUT]. Il a dirigé un projet conjoint OMS/UNICEF de planification en Nutrition au Niger et finalement dans le cadre de son statut comme Représentant de l'OMS dans plusieurs pays en Afrique francophone, lusophone et hispanophone.

Mbow Babakar, International Program Coordinator, Broward County Library Master of ceremonies introduced the Author DR. Nkamany Kabamba, MD, Emeritus Professor and International Civil Servant, President of The Congolese American Chamber of Commerce and Member of ABiCC, which is the cooperative association, or "umbrella" organization, for the BI-national chambers of commerce in Florida, USA.
Dr. Nkamany Kabamba addressed AfriCanDo 2003 Conference on July 23, 2003 during the unveiling book ceremony. He avowed, “The Songye People have a history, this history is a part of the consciousness of Africa.”
On July 25, 2003 the Youth Leadership Forum took place at the New Radison Hotel, formally known as the Omni in Miami, Florida-USA.
During the forum, DR. Nkamany Kabamba informed 45 students, administrators and conference attendees as well as visiting delegates from FAWE Girls’ School in Kigali, Rwanda, including H. E. Ambassador of Rwanda, from Washington D.C.
On the 25th Dr. Nkamany Kabamba elaborated on the interconnectedness of the Songye people-like other
black people who migrated from Kemet in
Ancient Egypt (Napata).
This goes to explain the demonstration at the end of Dr. Kabamba's speech. He asked the attendees to stand up and raise the arms repeating three times, “HOTEP, HOTEP, HOTEP,” which means PEACE, and CONNECTION with only one GOD.
After this he request that all 45 students fill out a Registration Form, which will help The Foundation for Democracy in Africa (FDA). In filling out these forms, the students will receive; free of charge a book from FDA after publication.
