Robin Walker was born in London (England) and lived there and in Jamaica. He attended the London School Of Economics. Walker later trained as teacher at Edge Hill College of Higher Education linked to the University of Lancaster. He was taught and lecturer in History, Comparative Religion, Economics and Information Technology. He co-edited the Seminal Black Community Report 1996 and the Black Child Report 1997.
Walker is one of the followers of Cheikh Anta Diop and Theophile Obenga.
